The New customs system was down again earlier this week and this has now resulted in even more backlog of cargo in the airport. Inside the airport all operation like handling/clearance/documentation is taking in average 2-3 days extra. Another problem is that all forwarders and trucking companies are having urge problems to deliver cargo into the airport area as there is a heavy queue of more than 1500 trucks outside the airport which again takes 2-3 days extra.
