All suppliers need to inform correct name on receiver in EU and receivers country code + vat Number (also called Eori number ex. DK12345678) and furthermore they need to inform full cargo details including HS codes on each commodity. All of these details must be provided to carrier and they will issue ENS (Entry Summary Declaration) and this ENS will be send from carrier to EU customs for accept to load cargo on mentioned truck, vessel or Airplane.
If shipper fail to hand over correct information shipments will be refused and will not be loaded on board.
