Please kindly be advised that as the consequence of Vietnam port congestion, and a result of berthing delays and poor productivity, shipping lines will therefore introduce Vietnam port Congestion Surcharge of USD50 per teu on FCL and USD 2 per cbm on LCL for all shipments FM/TO Vietnam TO/FM West North Europe& MED, which will be effective from July 15th. 2008.( Bills of lading dated on or after July 15th. 2008).
The situation at Vietnam will be kept under review and the Surcharge will be adjusted accordingly.
